Ply axis on Agree graph should be whole numbers.

It doesn’t make much sense for ply counts to be measured in anything other than whole numbers. Full vertical utilization should be a distant second to the above UI/UX consideration. Thanks.

It's something I noticed directly too, but there is no easy solution, other than getting rid of the chartjs library, which I already had to modify like crazy to make it do what I want it to do. Unfortunately, this integer stuff was not part of my changes.
