The Draw counter starts 1 ply early, after white's 30th move.
It should start after black's 30th move.
After black's 34th move the Draw counter is at 1. It should be at 2.
The draw counter correctly displays 1 after white's 35th move.
The counter correctly displays 0 after black's 35th move.
