1.8.9 Cant log in hypixel after copying chattriggers file into mods.

First of all i cant set my base xp before copying chattriggers file into mods, so i copy it but then i cant join hypixel it gets stuck at downloading terrain and crashes, if i go singleplayer whenever i write /d it crashes but i see the Skyblock Tracker by TCreopargh text, i tried removing other mods, I have the latest forge installed. Please help <3
