t_imp_reman_bracerl_01 and t_imp_reman_bracerr_01 issues

The rigging or something on the reman legion bracers is noticeably bad - far worse on the left but still bad on the right. left arm looks completely jagged while the right has a strange visual artifact, especially when holding a weapon/using hand-to-hand.
edit: this appears to only be a problem on OpenMW.
