compiling tent under gentoo amd64

hello, pls i need some support in getting this done
i use gentoo amd64 and when i start the build.sh script, it ends with
make: *** [funcs.mk:259: /home/x/x/x/tent/TENT/depends/work/build/x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu/boost/1_70_0-c0fc57b1bb7/./.stamp_built] Error 1 make: Leaving directory '/home/x/x/x/tent/TENT/depends'
there are also 2 lines mentioning errors (earlier):
error: "none" is not a known value of feature
error: legal values: "off" "speed" "space"
I hope someone can help
is it possible to publish in .AppImage format?
this is how ./zcutil/build.sh fails on my system

the new appimage version is working out of the box.
just chmod +x "NAMEVERSION.AppImage" and it works
