Segmentation Fault when full-screening, after loading map

Describe the bug
When dragging the TEdit window to the top of the screen, it resizes the application as normal.
However, if this is done during or after the loading of a world, the application gets a segmentation fault.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Load a world.
Drag window to top of screen
Observe Segmentation Fault
Expected behavior
Window resizes without segfault
