Fix naming inconsistencies wrt. test data factory classes

The code examples in the AbstractValueProvider Javadoc use MyBeanTestData as class name for the test data factory.
The respective classes in the example module are all named TestDataFactory which is also the term used in the README.md.
The AbstractValueProvider Javadoc should therefore by adapted to fix this inconsistency.
