Update README.md

[COM8]

Once Travis and GitHub Pages are up and running we should update the README.md to reflect those changes and update all URLs.

TODOs:

• Update project description (https://srehwald.github.io/eat-api/)
• Replace all links to srehwald.github.io/eat-api with the new GitHub Pages URL
• Perhaps add a small notice that this is a fork of https://github.com/srehwald/eat-api and was initially started by srehwald
