2.8 - How can I add a export location?

I see no option to add a export location, hence I cannot export anything.

The version of Capsule i'm developing for 2.8 is under heavy development and as such I can't provide any support for it until I release a stable or beta version. You'll need to use 2.79 to use Capsule until then.
