Storing assets with cookie header

When users login in a site, then a session is opened and tracked by using cookie header.

So if you want to store assets that require the opened session (logged user) we need that upup ask service workers to store the complete request also with cookie header in order to get the logged assets version.

Any suggestion to get it?

I hope I explain better the question (sorry for my english)
