WAVファイルに対して、指定回数だけループ再生するようにつなぎ合わせて出力するツールです。ゲームのBGMのように、イントロが流れたのち特定範囲のみループ再生させる事も可能です。
個人用途のツールとして作成したため、現時点で使い方のドキュメント類は用意していません。利用する場合は自己責任でお願いします。
