Lobby instructions always say `!sau join`

Bug Report

The lobby instructions don't respect the actual server prefix.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Change the command prefix of the bot
  2. Start a lobby, or add a spectator.

Expected behavior

The "Join the Game!" instructions should use the server's default prefix.
