What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to run ProB Update
2. Screen freezes black instead of install screen
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Install expected but freezing happens.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OFW6.60 3001
Please provide any additional information below.
I was successfully using 6.37 with ProB9 or 10, then got a larger mem card and
backed up data to my computer, formatted new card, put all old data on new mem
card. But same method that had been working now freezes. I went with a newer
method: upgrade to OFW6.60 and replace PSP/GAME/UPDATE etc. with ProB10 if that
wasn't already what I was using, same results.

I didn't want to think it was the MS but I tried with a smaller size (8gig) and
it works flawlessly. Sadly the problem must be my new MS (2 micro sd to MS
adaptor, 16gig x 2 = 32gig). I've read ppl using 32gigMS successfully so the
problem could be sd card class is too slow or the adaptor just doesn't work at
32gig.

The card read speed shouldn't be too slow because I succeeded in launching a
legitimate game off of it and I noticed no lag. However, the PSP takes an
extra moment to boot every time I try with the card in. Strange happenings.
Any guesses?

------Problem solved. It really was a low sd card class problem. Fixed now.
I believe this topic can be removed unless it might help anybody else in the
future with the same random issue.
