[Feature Request] Manually merge titles

Is it possible to manually merge titles that might not get caught in the normal process. It is usually good about merging multi disc games, but sometimes I might want to merge my title non similarly named games into one title, e.g. rom hacks.

Is it possible that you rename the rom hack file?
