[Feature] - Use domino_db section from config

In config file we allow users to edit a section called domino_db with the purpose of allowing them to create a domino platform with different database credentials or even using an external (and not ephemeral) database.
By now this is just a placeholder since we are not using the values from this section anywhere.
This feature is necessary to have persistent and remote databases running with domino.
