Create character data template

For #4, a character template needs to be created. This template should be using in-game assets to stay true to how information is conveyed in the game.

The template needs space to comfortably show all the information defined in #4.

Its size should be dependent on the character portrait size returned from the Lodestone. Since this Lodestone portrait is already heavily compressed, it should not be resized even more than the Discord in-line preview will later.
