Now that the book is in the pipeline for publication, we should make the landing page a bit nicer :)

I think it's fine now. Please have a look. I'd only remove the author names (and the title) from the very top as it's redundant with the cover. I didn't remove them from the index file as I guess that the bs4_book theme will ignore them anyway (at least the author (and title) isn't shown in Advanceed R although it's left in the source code there).
