Problem with Payment

When I am making a payment on the testnet go out a popup with " There is no valid path on the network for this payment" .
There is a way to resolve it?

I have the same issue, I tried to send xlm to exchange account (with the memo) and I also try to send it to a ledger wallet but still have the error: There is no valid path on the network for this payment" .
anyone can help?
