Reorganise the intel commands

Reorganize the intel commands to:

  • Make them consistent and as a key feature of harpoon
  • Have options to decide which platforms are included

  • Have an way in the config file to add them to intel or not
  • Have an option to do all the queries (--all)
  • Standardize which data they get from which plugins (hashes, IPs etc.)

It needs more testing, but it is done with the last commits
