There is an import problem in dnsdb that seems to break harpoon for python > 3.8, see giovino/fsi-dnsdb#9
I am not sure what the solution is, possibly to move to a more supported library like https://pypi.org/project/dnsdb-python/ https://github.com/domainaware/dnsdb-python
