Create Windows Installer for TKPJava - via a .msi file

Although we've updated the TKP_Launcher.jar file to handle more dependency versions and potential exceptions (i.e. destination folder names with spaces in the the name, etc...), user still report difficulty in installing TKPJava.

Given that, we are researching creating a Windows installer (.msi) file for TKPJava.

The team decided not to complete this task, as we do not have the bandwidth to maintain installers for the many OS / Java possible configurations.
