Description

To make artillery howitzer counterable. In it's current state there's no way to intercept the shells. I suggest a crutch:
Make the shells slower, but with less mass to keep the ballistics, but to make them counterable by CPDS for example.

To Reproduce

Example: Reduce shell mass 2 times and reduce the speed 2 times, in that case, when it will fly in detection range of a counter-weapon it could be shot down, but it will fly the same distance as before (i'm not sure about the ballistics formula, but the idea is this)

Just did some tests, the most optimal speed is up to 8 with current mod settings, then stock CPDS can counter it (with increased range up to 70 blocks) (at speed of 9 it is already too fast)
Changed configs:
Artillery howitzer:
D:artilleryHowiVelocity=8.0
CPDS:
D:detectionRadius=70.0
But in my opinion it's much better even lower, because that reduces needed densety of defence. But this is already your decision, how to do so
