logs flooded with "GET / HTTP/1.0" 200 7677 "-" "-"

Hi,
I've setup Splash + HAPROXY per the aquarium setup instructions but now after running sudo docker compose up my tmux is flooded with logs looking like:
09/Apr/2023:13:21:43 +0000] "GET / HTTP/1.0" 200 7677 "-" "-"
how do i turn it completely OFF?
I tried silencing it in both docker yml as well as in haproxy cfg, but nothing seems to have any effect whatsoever - what am I doing wrong?
