Halation won't run under Ubuntu

I was working on a Windows machine up until yesterday, so I had to set up the repository and some other things, so I hadn't checked if it'd work until today. I finally ran it on Linux so that's great, now I have to fix some bugs. great
EDIT: Specifically the launcher, the proxy isn't working at the moment
