Feature: Controller vibration

I don't think this has been suggested yet but I do think adding vibration support is a pretty good idea as it's entirely unused so wasted potential imo and there definitely are people who enjoy having it.
So since I know a bit about photoshopping/editing here is a rough idea on how it may look like in the settings
These are all the ideas I came up with on how it may look like and what may cause vibrations. Controllers also have a weak and strong vibration motors and I do believe having these settings user configurable is a good idea but default values can be chosen on feel. There is a lot to think about as well like how long should it vibrate for and whether should it be linear or more smooth? etc.
Oh, it's also a good idea to have a reset to default button for this in case users want to go back without affecting other settings
Obviously this is quite rough and any suggestions/ideas are welcome!
I would love to see this to come to the mod!
