Mopho 4G - Error Mounting /Misc

When trying to flash a couple MIUI roms it gives me an error saying it cannot mount /misc. Here is a link to what some of the update-script's look like for the roms giving me the issues. I am not sure if it is the rom's script itself or if it is the recovery.

I have not tried flashing CM7 to see if this issue is present with their script yet...

/misc doesn't exist on the Photon (and several other devices). We just need to remove this error message from the recovery.
