Missing Textures

Fairy_Item, Altar_Sacrament, Altar_Confession, and Underworld_Portal all are missing item and block textures. Is there an old version I can use to fix this or do I have to wait for a patch?

The altars are unimplemented in this version and are likely to stay that way, as for the portal, that one's also really buggy which is why it's not obtainable in survival.
