Improvement in UI of Home Page

Hey, I am a GSSoC'22 participant. I would like to improve the UI of the Home page.

Along with the overall UI, I want to make the navigation bar change color after scrolling, to a darker color(which fits the theme of your website), as currently its not distinctive and seems to be merging with the content.

Please allow me to contribute to your website by assigning this issue to me.
