[Bug] Cart modifier upgrade not giving back the proper addons / regenerating woodcutting tool

Using the Upgrade: cart modifier on a cart that has the smelter addon and removing it , will give you a coal engine back instead of the smelter. also if the cart has the woodcutter and you disassemble the cart it will regenerate the durability of the woodcutting tool.
not sure if intended or bug.

Can't reproduce this in dev, modifying the carts gives the proper items back.
