Alternate Modpack Download Method

It would be nice to have a way to allow players to download the modpacks even if the website and / or search bar is not up and running. I would say allow players to download the modpack if they have the link to the modpack location at the very least. With the website being down, even for testing purposes i have had trouble downloading my own modpack to update mods. I also sometimes search for my modpack and nothing comes up even though i spell it exactly as i created it. This is very frustrating due to players not being able to find my modpack and / or play it after i create an update for it.
