Media codecs not working when script is run

The media codecs break on 20.10 when this script is run. This applies to both the full install and minimal install options.
If this issue is to be investigated, the packages that breaks this needs to be found.
I doubt that the script is the problem. The distribution is probably the problem. I've compared this script to the Ubuntu script and it is almost identical. The only difference in the minimal install section for Ubuntu is the GNOME Extensions is included. Considering this, the issue is not happening on Ubuntu but is happening on Pop!_OS, which is the target distribution with the script, hence the name "Pop!_OS Setup Script."
Fixed by reordering media codecs install to the top of the script.
