What You'll Do (Job Description) Leader of Development in regard to software/hardware related areas. Leading development who is responsible and able to set a vision and direction for development, software related issues. Being able to speak to how the software can function in the next 3 years, what they would like to build towards. Able to interact and communicate with CEO.
What You Need to Be Successful (Skills) Able to lead development team in efficiency, Communication skills, emotional intelligence belief in the vision of the company and understanding of the impact of our software and how it changes peoples lives.
Must Have
-experience with startups
- Good architecture, Ruby, full stack developer, experience leading teams. Must be able to code on day 1 to understand the platform inside and out.
- Take ownership of development area of the company
- excellent communication skills
Relevant Experiences
- startup experience, CTO, or skill set to take it to the next level as CTO
