Use a MD reference instead a HTML with Foulkon logo

In the readme.md file, the foulkon logo is added with HTML tag <img> instead of using a MD standard reference.
Also, the .png file has 701x701, is a good practice to resize the image if you want to use it with 150x150.

Is not possible to align the logo image with MD. I suggest to change the logo.
