Resetting cookies might work and be more efficient that a relaunch

This code relaunches the browser after every 't' seconds. But the script doesn't change the IP address of user, yet it works. Hence some locally stored data is used to verify the time limit by Hotstar. Therefore, it might be more efficient to reset the cookies or find wherever this data is stored locally and edit it, instead of relaunching the browser. This might also eliminate the 10 seconds of advertisement the user has to watch after every 't' seconds.
