Can't launch mods

i just had a problem with unverum , i downloaded a mod called mantless ramlethal and when i launch the game it says : "Access to the path 'Mantless Ramlethal_9_P.sig' is denied" and "Failed to build loadout , not building and launching" please help me fix this because I really like GGST mods. Sorry I'm not good at English.
