Option to Disable Link Previews

This is an absolute must-have for privacy! Yes I know previews are generated on telegram servers, but I do not want every link im sharing to know that I have just shared their link on telegram! That's bad for security and privacy both. I am very surprised this is not implemented yet.
This feature is available for the secret chats but not for normal chats. So I think it would be very easy to implement.
This feature is in Nekogram and Neko X but not TFoss which is the only thing keeping me from switching to tfoss
This feature is also highly requested from the telegram team but still not implemented.
It would also be cool if it had an option like Neko to enable/disable while in a chat with someone (temporary per-chat basis)
