Can't show closed pinned messages again in channels. And requesting [feature]

if i delete a Pinned Message in channels, i can't show it again (if there's a 'Pinned Message' announce that was deleted by pressing on button 'x' in it). There is a feature available in clients like Nekogram where i get an additional option in the three dots menu To show the pinned message. So pls pay attention as i don't want to use another client for this little thing.
