Can I receive payments using Telegram Stars in my web application, or is it only available for mini apps? For example, if a user accesses my app using a browser, logs in with Telegram, clicks on the checkout button, and is redirected to Telegram to proceed with the payment, will this payment be reflected in both the web application and the Telegram app?
