Multiple questions & Answers one after another on webhook based bot

I saw this thread: #167.
I need to send questions to user and add answers to database. This should work with multiple users and also work on webhook-based bot. I use template from Telegram.Bot.Examples.Webhook.

Hi @kirikiyonami. I really have nothing to add to #191.
To keep track of conversation you have use Finite-state machine.
