Hover popover for graphs shows all the time (and is a bit annoying tbh)

I wanted to copy a path or URL from a website's Dashboard and noticed than on hover, the whole box received a popover.

That's true for all of the 3 that are shown.

While interesting once for onboarding, the popover cannot be dismissed.

With its stark contrast, it's distracting me a bit. I'm not getting anything done here, so it's not ruining my work day :) But it's a weird quirky UX I wanted to let you know about.

I'd love the popover for URL expansion tooltips #402 though :)
