Support the new Skype 6/7 emoticons

There are a handful of new icons such as (tumbleweed) and (lalala). Supporting them is a somewhat simple matter of generating a new emoticon sprite sheet and updating the stylesheet to use it, but research would have to be done to make sure all of the new "secret" icons are covered as well.

They've also updated the design of the emoticons in general (to look a lot nicer), so all old icons should also be replaced while doing this update.

This emoticon update may be doable in a way that preserves all old legacy icons that have been removed from Skype (such as finger, myspace and fubar), so that old database exports still look correct. But most likely those would actually have to be thrown out, since they're no longer valid icons and their design doesn't match the new design.

Fixed by 95f8666. Now using Skype 7+ emoticons and world flags.

It wasn't worth preserving the old "finger, myspace and fubar" icons since they used different dimensions and an outdated design, but it doesn't matter since they were secret/hidden emoticons and nobody really used them.

The new emoticon sheet is now fully modernized and also takes up less space on disk!
