[v1.1.4] 小米手机 getXgAndroidApi().getOtherPushToken() 返回空字符串

[sdk版本] 1.1.4
[小米型号] mix2s
[小米版本] miui12.1
[错误信息] 通过调用 getXgAndroidApi().getOtherPushToken() 或 XgFlutterPlugin.otherPushToken 返回均为空字符串，但是华为手机能够正常获得。
日志没有输出任何接入失败的日志错误，onTpnsRegisteredDone回调能够成功调用。

经测试，是由于项目业务逻辑异常。
问题造成原因：在调用 setMiPushAppId、setMiPushAppKey之前调用了enableOtherPush、regPush
