能否增加isSpeaking？

在安卓原生的TTS中，有一个isSpeaking的布尔值，可以判断TTS的播放状态是否已经完成，能否在安卓的模块中增加这一功能？
另外tensorflow-lite的so库文件实在太大了，能不能提供经过裁剪的库，我在官网上看看到可以裁剪，但因为不懂C++，所以不太会弄，(https://tensorflow.google.cn/lite/guide/reduce_binary_size)
