fix : fix the vercel deployment in pr

currently the vercel bot is asking for permission to deploy and all

remove the check for it in the pr

@TenzDelek if you remove this check then anyone without your permission can merge there code in your production, this check is important. So, you can first check the chages in code and then merge it.
