Alignment View > Yellow handle jumps when grabbing handle anywhere besides the middle

When grabbing the yellow handle of the alignment view, currently the middle of the yellow handle jumps to wherever you've grabbed:

For example if you've grabbed the top of the handle, the middle of the handle will reposition itself to your cursor.

• Instead the yellow handle should take into account where you've grabbed on the handle and not be jumpy.
