Add PinchHelper for zoom to Alignment View

Should basically just have the same functionality as for the linear view (and can probably re-use the same code paradigm).

The pinch helper should just wrap the entire Alignment View and act the same whether pinching on the minimap or in the alignment tracks.

if there is no cursor already established to zoom in/out on, it should use the initial BP position of where the cursor is hovering in either the minimap or the alignment tracks
