Message count logging mismatch

It seems like the message counts don't match with the actual count of Discord messages.
Example
Messages counted by Discord: (422)
Messages counted by Testauskoira: (303)
I believe the bot was down/had no access to the database a large period of that day.
Also do notice that the #karhu channel is blacklisted which might cause some minor mismatches in the message counts.
If this behavior continues I'll look into it but I believe this particular case was caused by the aforementioned reasons.
Perhaps a system to track the latest messages using their snowflakes could be used to recover properly after downtime?
Frankly, I do not care if the message count is wrong because of downtime, but you (or someone else) can still feel free to implement a solution because I wont.

that's fair though, this isn't exactly a crucial issue, i'll implement it if i remember to and have some time on my hands (i will Not)
So we have reached a common conclusion. I will keep this issue open and tag it with help wanted.
