TIDL_RT_OVX: ERROR when doing model inference on EVM

I have successfully managed to compile my custom tflite model to be able to run it on the C7x-MMA (am62a).
When I run the entire model on the ARM cpu.,it runs without any problem.
When offloading subgraphs to C7x/MMA it crashes with the following error:
