Property map does not exist

I am trying to use this library but it does not work. I always get this error.

node_modules\angular2-loggly-logger\src\loggly-service.ts:171:14`
Property 'map' does not exist on type 'Observable'.

In looking at the code the loggly-service.ts files does use the "map" method but never imports map.
