Convert into web extension

• Vscode can now run within web browsers and used in GitHub Codespaces. Extensions targeted to Node cannot run as web extension. The lammps_vscode should eventually be converted into a web extension to enable compatibility for web environments.

• At first glance doesn't seem too hard to do, as it's already webpacked
